NEED TO LEARN A NEW CARREER

I'm 52 year old male , damaged rotor nerve @ birth (right arm) worked 20+ years doing shop drawings by hand for woodwork shops , now everything uses auto-cad .I need retraining , layed off , out of unemployment , need and want to go to work, or learn new trade , maybe cdl driver or training for auto-cad ,but have nothing to live on....can not do heavy lifting.

Actually, there are many programs of the Federal Government that are aimed at helping people with various forms of disabilities and/or chronic diseases.
